Corner 2 Corner (C2C) Program
This program is designed to give juveniles information that will make a difference in their life. These workshops are targeted for the culture of juveniles, and experts will be selected for instructions in their areas. C2C also uses people who have actually participated in drug dealing, gang life, and drug use to do workshops, while sharing their story of transformation. We will target the juvenile culture for Transformation.
JUVENILE WORKSHOPS
This program is designed to strengthen the community agencies with the participants. Therefore, there is a component to the program that will invite judges, elected officials, pastors, and community leaders to sit-down and have lunch and dialogue with participants. It is the goal and the desire to connect participants to agencies and programs that aid in their success towards education, housing, counseling,Etc.
WIN-WIN COLLABORATIONS
This follow-up program is designed to keep the newly oriented and reformed participant engaged with positive community interaction. It is a weekly touch point for the participants to talk about their daily goals, mental and emotional perspectives, challenges of overcoming addictions, and ways to manage their new life and perspectives. This program runs in 12-week increments, and the overall goal is to move the participants' progress forward with measurable goals and success. (Discussed in Testing Model Format and Results)
C2C REMIX- FOLLOW UP
This program is designed to reward small steps and good behavior. Therefore, the celebration of participation is vitally important to the new life of change. C2C provides a full graduation ceremony for participants who complete the program. The graduation is then followed with a weekly program called C2C Remix.
GRADUATION CEREMONY
C2C exists to ameliorate the barriers to re-entry, and positive transformation once a participant is ready to invest in themselves for the attainment of better lifestyle trajectories. We accomplish this by facilitating a holistic platform of wraparound services that are proven to result in best-practices for reducing recidivism.
